Flyaway in January - still no replacement drone

Some of you may recall that i was impacted by the famous flyaway firmware glitch back in January after only 15 mins of having the drone out the box.
DJI investigated and offered me a replacement, which was due for delivery 23rd February.

I was then advised that it would be March.  Nothing happened in March and now I am being told it will be April.
We're on the 6th April and I am none the wiser as to when I will get the replacement.  

By far the worst company I've ever had to deal with.  As i've echoed before - great products, awful customer service!

I meant a substitute which equals to an upgrade since it's out of stock.

Exactly my thoyghts. Totally unacceptable that ive had to wait this long, especially given it was a DJI software glitch.

The worst of it is. They have said the same thing each month. Its out of stock and should be delivered in a month.

There is no customer service team to phone, the live chat gives you the same message. Its just an absolute joke!

Sorry Thor - but thats the same update ive had week on week since February.

What is getting done about this? This is completely unacceptable!
