My Rc has developped a "sticky right stick".i often have an error message when i first start the controler. The stick sometime doesn t come back in center position. An of course when this happen the aircraft doesn t stop and drift. I did a calibration but it doesn t help. Can this be fixed easly? Thanks.
No error message. Only when Rc is starting if stick is not centered I got beeping and error message who disappear when I put stick in center. I have the latest firmware with the new calibration tool. But it started to do it before update.
I opened a ticket for support as I believe it's mechanical issue. But I have no answer after a week.
Could you please check it for me. Thank you for your time and help.

support@dji.com is the correct one.
When you emailed you should have received an automated message containing a 6 digit ticket number. Do you have that message?

Was exactly what was happening. I contacted support they didn't try to do anything they just organise a return so it can be fixed.
