That's probably pushing the weight limit. I fly the F550 with the same setup except for the lightbridge, and I use a 8000 mah 3s and its responsive but pushing its limit. I would look for something a little smaller.

If you fly in windy conditions (were I live the winds are not lower than with 4 - 6bf every day) then my opinion is not to go over 2500gr takeoff weight to have the model much power to withstand AND fly in these winds. And it is much better to use the 10.38 props for these conditions. With a AGApower 4s 6200mAh that gives me about 10 min flying time with a wind of 5bf.

A bit late to the discussion but I use a pair of 3s 4000mAh 10C Multistar batteries on my F550.
AUW is just under 2.5Kg. Flight times average about thirteen minutes.
Prior to the Multistar batteries I was running with 3s 5000mAh 25C packs.

The combined weight of the two Multistar packs is 500g compared to the 402g of the single 5000mAh pack but provide 75% more capacity and even though only rated at 10C when run in pairs they provide an 80Amp capability, which is more than enough even for an obese F550 like mine.

I'm using the standard 30Amp Opto ESC's, Red 2212 930Kv motors, and 10x4.5 props.

Other items powered from the flight batteries are the H32d gimbal, Groundstation, FrSky and Zaggometry telemetry, and Fatshark 250mW video transmitter.

Run a 4 cell 7000 to 9000mah 35 to 40 c lipo packs and it will fly right. I've tried 3 cells and i get the same flight time but both my f450 and f550 would lose alt while cruising and i could never get more than 4000mah used of a 8000mah 3 cell b4 it would fly like crap.  It would start with yaw issues and slow acceleration..  the craft will tilt real responsively but would accelerate poorly..  once i put the h3-3d gimble and go pro on it the 3 cell would not cut it. It would fly like crap and everyone i fly with agrees..  i put the turnigy 4 cell 7200mah 40c hard case pack on it and that battery performs. There was a time  i had to take 7600 mah out of the 7200mah rated pack and my f550 flew excellent the whole time. .  Everyone do yourself a favor and run 4 cells with the E300 system.. once you do you will see why i say that.
My f550 with h3-3d gimble, go pro 3+, lightbridge, gps tracker with cellular sim card and i get 12 min of fly time with 2 min to land and if it's windy 9 or 10 min fly time with 2 min or so to land.
My f450 bone stock with iosd mini, fatshark 600tvl cam and immersionrc 600mw vtx with the same 4 cell i get 15 min fly time with 2 min to land and only use about 6100mah.. and my flight battery runs the entire craft, lightbridge, lights, gimble, charges the gopro and the vtx..  i highly recommend these turnigy  lipos, I've never had a lipo that gave me more power than it was rated for like these and still be at 3.6 volts per cell.. 1 of them even came new with 3 cells at 3.8 volts and 1 at 3.5volts and by the 3rd charge cycle it evened out and now all 4 cells are 4.2 volts fully charged and ran that way the whole time giving me good flight times even during those first 3 charge cycles
