Turn around times for repair for people who live in califnornia

Just wondering if DJI users from california could tell me about the turn around time for repairs that they have experienced. I have a tripped planned and need my mavic by April 31st. i sent it in April 6th.

You should get your aircraft before your trip.Turn around is 1-2 week fron when received in, but since your shipping would only take a day ro so then you should be fine.

They are still not improving, i have sent my unit under DJI care refresh over a month now, i have paid my $79 last week and they still not sending. Its the worst service i came across. They try to model themselves like Apple but they really need to take lessons from Apple customer and repair service.

CAS-519094-L2L6K7 is someone can help. They are still not improving, i have sent my unit under DJI care refresh over a month now, i have paid my $79 last week and they still not sending. Its the worst service i came across. They try to model themselves like Apple but they really need to take lessons from Apple customer and repair service.

dude lol i took a look at it myself. it hasnt been a month lol and it says to be replaced. wait another day

Wishful thinking, its been 3 weeks for me now since DJI received my Mavic. They called me personally last Wednesday April fifth and stated that they had my product ready o ship and it would ship out that afternoon. It is now Monday and I haven't received any tracking info or reply regarding where my Mavic is. I hope DJI plans on extending my warranty and Care Refresh for the time that they have had my Mavic that I haven't been able to use it.
