What could have happened?

Could it be a battery issue?

Looking at the way the front LED's flicker on and off, I would say it was a battery connection problem, or battery failure.

Red LED flashes, I suspect the battery failure. How about the remaining capacity then?

the battery is freshly charged and it was her first flight. Charging only 3 times, new battery. on the ground showed 75%

Did that happened to you on the 28 of  february (date from your youtube video)?

Tha same happen to me on 1st of march.... P2V+ (ver.3)
No battery issues, no calibration issues... just fell from the sky (battery at 50%)

After trying to figure it out all possible scenarios of what could i have done wrong or different from the other 20 flights in the same location my only conclusion today is.. KP index

so, the failure took place on February 28 but I do not think that had something to do with your failure.

You might check the battery for percentage of life remaining.  Under 90% might cause a crash, due to lack of power to run the motors at full speed perhaps with 30 seconds of takeoff.

This was a new battery, charging three times.
