I took delivery of my Inspire 1 about three weeks ago and with the release of new firmware, I've been thinking about updating.

Come to find out I'm already flying 1.2.0.17  (I think, no prompt to update on the app) with some noted version differences * from what I've seen posted:

Notably: the Gimbal and battery FW versions are numerically ahead of posted 1.2.0.17 versions.

AirOFDM -- 01.03 *
Ground Decoder -- 1.03 *
Camera -- 01.04 *
Main controller -- 01.15

I don't know about yours, but my app told me I was running the latest firmware when I was not.

I ignored the "latest firmware" message and it took the new update. If it had been running it -it would not have taken the new update.

I'd speculate that you may not have it.

You are right, I did need the update. I power-cycled my iPad and the firmware update
notice came up on the app.

Where do you find a all this info on the unit?
