I need assistance with Agreement No.: ESY31874VN2KPMLI

There was an issue with my DJI Care Refresh Service Agreement being recognized which delayed the return.

I received a UPS Label Delivery: 1ZE80E409099875910 and was received at the repair center in Carson, CA

The drone was purchased for a Festival Event so I need to know what is the estimated time of repair.

If it will not be in time for the event I will need to research my options

Unfortunately, I cannot look anything up with the agreement number. Do you have a case number? It normally starts with 'CAS -'  and then a series of numbers/letters.
