Hey Jamie,
The Tech op told me he was going to call down to someone ( I guess his manager) to see if he could part it out for me. SInce we both agreed it would make no sense for me to send the entire unit back (no transport case) when I can just fix it at home. He said "he would email me back immediately". The email address he gave me to send the picture of the defective part to was - .. He has not emailed me back since. This was on April 13th, 7 days ago.
From what you can tell, though, you never received an email that indicated that a ticket or a case was opened to assist you? In regards to the M600 case itself, could you happen to send a PM with a screenshot of your order history section for that purchase when you log into the DJI Website/Store? I'm assuming the screenshot you took was from that section and not just from the Store itself, correct? |
