I purchased my Osmo Mobile on April 9th to get the extra battery and base + Spring set. Ive gone thru chats, calling, and nobody can help me get my Base and Battery. One rep said to call, another said to go to online support, and then another said to talk after sales. Then after sales said they were presales. Im sick of getting the run around. Can someone just help me on here?
