Hi All. I’m new to DJI phantom 4 pro. I do have 3 digital cameras and edit photos from RAW using

  

Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom 5. Also just loaded Adobe Elements 15.

  

My question, all my videos are easily edited. But when I bring in a DJI video, issues.

  

For one thing I have capture set to RAW. When I view in Windows Media Player…perfect.

  

Try to edit in Lightroom I get 2 files DJI_0001.MP4 which will not play, says it is missing. The other file

  

DJI_0001-2.MP4 has green mat at the beginning, plays but resolution is crappy and video is choppy

  

And Lightroom locks up. In nonRAW  2 files DJI_0024.MOV which will play but cannot edit and second

  

File DJI_0024-2.MOV which says is missing.

  

Again when files are played on Windows Media Player, smooth and good resolution, editing software

  

Unplayable, crap resolution……I don’t get it?

  

Setting RAW in the Go app applies to still shots only.

What you have not told us is what the specs are on your computer. It is most likely not powerful enough to handle high resolution video clips. And, as stated by Eric13 above, RAW does not aply to video files, only stills.

Are you importing videos from nikon d7100 to PC ? If yes, then check Nikon D7100 Manual to get complete setup about how to import images/ videos from camera to PC successfully with any bug. And now if get talk about the software that you using, then think for at least 2 min that since how long the software is not updated? At last, if you want to do editing on adobe without any error then update the software first to latest version and then start your work. If still issue persists, then check given manual for help or post your issue in adobe forums for better results.

First issue, you do not have to 'set capture', since nothing is being captured. Where are you getting the files from?

Your comment "DJI_0001-2.MP4 has green mat at the beginning, plays but resolution is crappy and video is choppy" sounds like you are looking at the files off your phone or tablet, not the files off the SD card in the aircraft. Off the SD card, the files should be perfect.
