Contacted dji 3 days ago and was told i would recieve an email within 24-48 hrs with further instructions on how to move forward on my battery issue. ( 12 charge cycles and it now has a bad cell). Its now been 3 days with no response from Dji. Should i contact them again?
thanks so much Jamie, i finally got the first service steps of my battery issue sorted out, and have a shipping label, i will be sending the battery off shortly.
