(Go! 4.07 IOS) In the Calibration screen for the RC sticks when it is started and it reads from the stick movement before I touch them I have the left stick 12% off to it's left.

If you lightly press the stick to the right it will go down to 0.   

After calibration it reads 0 again.    Is the RC stick off that much before calibration each time?

If the value goes to 0 after the calibration, then you don't need to worry about it.
Do you have any issue while flying? Is the firmware up to date?
