So I flew my new phantom 3 Pro just three times after waiting 2 years to get a DJI drone. My camera was out of focus in the center of the images and dreaded sending it in to DJI for repair based on all the poor customer services stories i've read and heard about. I ended up sending it anyway since a drone with a blurry camera is useless, They're replacing the lens under warranty, when it pobably just needs a focus adjustment but whatever.
So I sent it in and it was recieved on April 4th. Everything seemed smooth until it got to the "repair" status and its been stuck there for 2 weeks.
Anyone have a rough idea on the turn around time on a simple repair? I contacted online support and they just tell me I'll have my drone next week each time.
