DJI is exactly like Apple if Apple didn't sell lightning cables for their iPhones and iPad. DJI is exactly like Apple if the customer service was so far from the norm that it was a running joke in the industry. DJI is exactly like Apple, if Apple shipped products with known major flaws.  DJI is exactly like Apple if Apple was run by terrible CEO that is nothing like Steve Jobs.  


Imagine if you bought an Apple product and if you lost a part or broke a cable (propellor), Apple said - "sorry you'll have to wait months and we have no information. Enjoy your 3 thousand dollar paper weight.
