I see some authorized repair centres are listed on DJI website. Can we bring our Mavic for repair to any of these service centres? Seeing how long it takes DJI to repair and send the unit back, it would not make sense if they will not allow it. I mean, they can say they need to analyze the problem, but their "authorized" service centers should be able to do that and send them the information as well right?

I'd like to know so as well, probably will have to bring my Mavic in for repair and leaving for a 10 week trip in 3 weeks. I'll do anything to speed up the repair proces at this moment!

Hi, if you need to claim a warranty repair or replacement, you will need to send it in to our official service center.
Otherwise, you can contact the authorized repair center and you will need to pay for the repair fee.
