I can not update my phantom 4 pro plus. Updates are downloaded 100% than whole process seems to be frozen.

What errors are you getting. Yo can also upgrade using the SD

I get no errors...it just says downloading althoug download is at 100%

Just to clarify, is this happening with the aircraft, the RC or both?

And I switched of my firewall and installed all lates updates for my laptop

Could you verify which Assistant 2 version you're running? Have you tried reinstalling the Assistant 2 Software and seeing if that helps. You can also try resetting the units to factory defaults to see if there are any presets that could be hindering the update process.

DJI-Jamie, I'm not sure this is what the original poster meant...  I read it as he meant he installed the latest version of DJI Assistant. -but I hope I'm wrong, of course

I have DJI assistant 2 version v1.0.9. I will try to reinstall it and put everything on factory settings.

On my last update it stayed for like 7 minutes at 100%.
I was just about to interrupt this as the gimbal suddenly moved and the process got completed.

I did everything...reinstalled assistant, although I only found version 1.0.9, I restored factory units and yet again I got same thing.

Have you tried the links dji jamie provided above your last post?

I was referring to the Go app that's embedded in the RC.

When you go into the Go app's camera view,via 'enter device', go into the 'general settings' section and then the 'about' page. That will tell you the RC's firmware version.

Well, friends! My drone is updated! After 4 home computers I tried fifth one and everything works fine. I have no idea why Maybe something about drivers..? Who knows. But still - if you have the same problem just try different computers till succes.

It may depend on the OS version, and/or driver (I use a Mac and only the most recent versions of the MacOS support DJI Assistant 2, and there is a driver that must be uploaded and installed). Don't know if it is the same procedure for Windows-based computers. Glad you made it!

Well I updated everything but still no sucess. On moday I will visit so experts here in Slovenia, if they can find solution for this problem. Otherwise I use windows 10.

I tried 3 computers with Windows 7 and 1 with Windows 10 and no luck. Than fifth one (with Windows 7) and succes! Keep trying! Ask friends, install Assistant to theirs computer and try, try, try...

Yeah my friends I tried to update it on diffrent laptop and it worked. And guys from onedrone told me that you can also connect your RC to wifi and update it via RC.

That 1.1 app has an unsigned driver, may be why it is not on the official download page for the Phantom 4?  They haven't done the review with microsoft yet, so without rebooting, disabling driver signing in windows 10 you are working with a gimped version.  Personally would avoid it until officially updated on the page.  Just my opinion.  YRMV
