Paypal integration broken on DJI store ("Something is invalid")

When I try to buy something and click the Pay button on the Paypal website, it redirects me back to the DJI site which then just displays an error:

It's been like this all day. I've tried from home and work, from Chrome and IE on Windows and ChromeOS. I was able to pay for my Mavic around a month ago via Paypal without issue, so it's only recently become broken.

I did report it on live chat but they basically told me "there is no error with the website" and "this is the first time anyone has had an issue" as if this was somehow my fault. They said they'd pass it on to the technical team but really I don't believe them given the way they responded to me.

I'm unable to place orders because of this currently. I'm not prepared to give DJI my card details after the farce with my Mavic replacement so Paypal is the only option.

I don't know if this issue is affecting all Paypal orders or if I am somehow special.

There were several orders that failed because of this:

I've cancelled them because I was unable to pay. This seems to be a issue with the paypal integration so probably needs to go to the website developers. They should investigate under what circumstances the website would output this (rather useless to a user, to be honest) message (or maybe they also have logs that will contain more info).

I'd appreciate if someone can let me know once this is resolved; I'm trying to order a Mavic bag and cannot until this is fixed

I am having the same issue.
I have purchased Care Refresh but when I try to pay for it via Paypal i get redirected back to the dji payment page where it asks me to select CC or Paypal. (order 0018805950983)
I sent an eamil to onlinesales@dji.com (ticket 442010) but have not received a response yet. I am worried as my verification video was accepted two days ago and I am still unable to completed the payment of the Care Refresh plan.
Can you please help?

I have contacted sales team to look into, it seems that you canceled your order before payment, if the problem persists, please contact Paypal or try another method of payment.
