What going on? You recieved my Mavic on April 11th, damage assesment is supposed to be 1-3 working days. Fine, but now it's been 16 days!
It's covered by the care refresh programme so I don't get the point. What take you so long?


I'm sorry to say that I'm quite underwhelmed by the appaling service you provide.


I would like to be a loyal customer, but the bad service is less convincing in my conciderations of where to get my next drone...

Welcome to the Club! lol, with joking aside, I've been waiting for almost 2 month to actually get a drone and still confirmation on to when they'll send my fulfilled order. I only received a Mavic charging hub. lol, what the heck am I supposed to do with just a charging hub?! Yup, I got scammed by DJI but no worries, justice will be served soon. Nonsense and games. I question the positive post in this forum. I wonder if they're actual consumers or DJI employees trying to balance the negative reviews.

Can I get a straight and honest answer?? Why would DJI advise I get a refund to only re-order the order then expedite the shipping? That doesn't make sense.
