I'm a new Mavic owner. In general I'm loving it but I'm finding the downloading of video files from the drone to the computer very patchy. There doesn't seem to be any logic to the problem either: When I connect the USB cable between the Mavic and the computer (Mac) 1 of 3 things happens.

1 The Volume shows up on my screen, containing DCIM>100MEDIA>MyVideoFiles.mov  - Perfect. I download files and am one happy bunny.
2 The Volume shows up on my screen, containing DCIM but no sub folder containing videos. Bad but if I remove the SD card and use a card reader I find that the files are there and can be downloaded.
3 The Volume doesn't show up at all on my screen. Worst case scenario but so far I have been able to find the files with a card reader.

What I find confusing is that I can't find a logical pattern that explains which of the three outcomes I'm likely to get.

Anyone familiar with this problem?
