dji support is so confusing.

I had a brand new propeller which had some fine scratches on it. I sent dji a email and they wanted all my details, proof of purchase and serial numbers for the aircraft, remote, camera and gimbal.

Now I was understanding that the phantom 4 only has 1 serial number??

So I have already sent them that.

I was also assigned a case number CAS-604672-V2X4Q4

But then today I revived a email asking for serial numbers again???

What's going on??

Any DJI  workers care to look into this? Ive been asked for camera, gimbal, remote and aircraft serial number from my phantom 4?

I can only see 1 serial number?

From what I can see, they're asking for you to resubmit the serial numbers etc. in the text format they provided to you. Since you have a P4, you would just use the SN that's in the battery compartment. For the Gimbal SN portion, you could submit is as "N/A".
