My controller is saying ERR. RE CNTR
When I go to do the calibration the left joystick does not respond.
The drone is pretty much brand-new and it worked just fine. Never dropped it or anything so I don't think it's broken.
I called tech-support but they were not able to help.
Has anyone had this happen and figured out the solution?
The error means that a control stick is not centred. Have you tried calibrating the sticks through the DJI GO 4 app? Failing that, refresh the firmware in the controller and failing that, reset the controller back to factory settings through the Assistant 2 software on a PC and then reload the latest firmware.
Download DJI Assistant 2 to your computer, run it then connect your controller to the computer then refresh the firmware. Do the same for AC if you want.
Recalibrate your controller after refresh the firmware. If not solved the problem then contract seller or DJI
