Hi

Phantom 4 Pro+ will not IMU calibrate. Latest firmware installed. Gimball camera lying off-straight, trying to calibrate everything to resolve.

During IMU calibration, software gets to stage 5/6 and freezes (thisis with the nose pointing down). Not surprised cos the camera is not pointing truly downwards

Hate to think of the number of hours I've wasted on this drone already.

DJI chat support not working at weekends.

Need help please.

Just to clarify, did you notice this after performing a firmware update or from a hard landing?
