I got an battery error in the app and a cannot fly message.

The mavic was still on but I couldn't turn it off. I replaced the battery but I also couldn't turn off the battery itself... Just the two green leds (the middle !!! ones) stay on.

Try to charge the battery... Nothing happens

If I plug in the battery again ...the mavic is on immediately

So this update damaged my battery

What the hell is going on

Connect battery, if possible check software versions is everything is compatible. Battery update should be done quickly.
Also try to see if the voltage of a cell is lower than any other, should be about the same for every cell.
If unbalanced then this might contribute to the problem, myself not experienced to assist in this case, others might advise to de-charge the battery and recharge.
If unsolvable, use contact form for DJI and let them tell you what to do next.
