Apparently not even the FAA is too concerned:

So, a Phantom 3 was used & is considered not much risk at 0.01% chance of serious head injury.  Interesting since the Mavic is much lighter and would probably be trying to LAND on someone.

If it were an Mavic, you would most likely get your hair cut. Not I would recommend anyone and try that trick.
