Check first that the Mavic and RC are bound to each other. If you are not connecting at all, then you need to rebind. The manual explains how to do this.

You may have to go for factory reset, in Dji assistant 2, and then try to pair them up...

In addition, make sure you have fast wifi connection, force close all apps and try again!

Please try to re-link RC to aircraft.
