Hi team dji,
I bought the new Phantom 4 Pro. I have an issue with the controller. The dji GO app shows its disconnected. May I know whats the reason for that? I linked the controller and the drone and use the 4.0 app. Still it has the same issue. Kindly let me know what's the issue.

Check your lead, may be a faulty lead between the RC and your tablet

You can try after power on the RC and aircraft then Hold RC for  C1, C2 and Camera button at the same time then the RC will getting beeping sound mean now is on Binding mode, now press the aircraft linking button for 3 second then release and wait for the RC and aircraft linking.

If you have Issues with the In-App Update:

1.Turn off the quadcopter and the remote control.
2.Delete the DJI GO App.
3.Reinstall the DJI GO App through your Appstore.
4.Restart the Firmware Update in the DJI GO App.
5.When you are asked to unplug and re-plug in the cable also power cycle the quadcopter (power quadcopter off and on while cable unplugged).
6.After 100% complete, power cycle the quadcopter again and also power cycle the remote control.
