I've been waiting for a month for my Mavic to be repaired due to a faulty camera. First it took two weeks just to be "received" even though the tracking information stated it was already at the Carson facility.
Now the status has been on "Shipping Preparation" for almost a week and I keep getting told 1-2 business days but nothing has been updated.
@DJI: PLEASE provide an update on CAS-554829-F3H9V2 as I've been without my Mavic since April 5th!
From what I can see, the unit is getting ready to ship out shortly. I'll see if there's a better ETA for you than that, but it looks like it's nearing the end on its own.
