Right, now I see them, I've tried to downgrade the firmware to 0350 but it failed at 68%, I can't try again for now because my battery is drained, I will try again in a few hours and get back to you .

Sorry for this, is this issue started after a firmware upgrade? If yes, please re-upgrade it. Your issue is different from others, it is a air encoder error in your drone. You may need to send it in for diagnosis and repair,

I would recommend you try another computer first, may I know what issue you are facing with the Mavic? why do you want to connect it to DJI assistant 2 ?

I have this problem , mavic with 01.03.0550 and remote is ok - 01.03.900 (I did it separately). Tried 2 mobiles, 2 pc's always this same error at 74% of upgrading to every firmware 600,700, a nd now 800 and 900..

Hi everyone, i know this has been discussed lots already but i'm pulling my hair out! After purchasing a new Mavic 12 days ago, i have been unable to use it as the suggested update of latest firmware fails no matter what i do. i have trid with the dji go 4 app of 2 phones, and and ipad, tried using DJI Assistant on both a PC & Mac, connected by wire or wireless, different batteries, reset to factory, new sd card -nothing works. i cannot get the Mavic past .400 but the RC updates fine to version .900 and now i get compatibility warning so don't want to fly as i would imagine should anything happen, my warranty may not be honoured. everytine the update fails i send logs to DJI (over 35times now) but hear nothing back. I paid extra for the care & replace too which doesnt seem to help?? i dont really want to send it in for repair as after paying over £1000 i dont want to be without it or unable to use it any longer than necessary. I thout of downgrading version on the RC to match the Mavic at .400 but there is no option to do this in the app or in assistant 2. Please does anyone know a way to get the mavic to update to the latest firmware, as if i just plod on, i would imagine that at some point the latest update may become mandatory and i will be unable to comply? Not impressed at all. cant get it replaced by where i purchased it as they say it has been activated with DJI so over to them. any help would be very appreciated.

I have PM you as well.
Currently my UAV is at firmware 1.3.9 or something ... while my RC is 1.3.8....
Trying to upgrade firmware via the DJI assistant 2, but every time after the download reach 100%, it says that update failure.
Initially, the start of this issue is from the DJI GO app, the firmware update stopped at 69% and after that been having this issue, and cant' seem to resolve it. Would require a downgrade in the firmware to an older version and then hopefully upgrade it back up to the new version.

But first I have a question , why You cannot write a kind of advertisement on Yor main website and share this 01.03.0350 and next 01.03.811 (if I remeber) firmwares to repair by ourselves the problem . If I see , many owners of mavic has got this same kind of problem . Why You cannot automatically share these firmwares to every dji registered account (users of mavic). And the second problem. After upgrade the stability of connection is not too good if I can compare to firmware 01.03.0550. The aplication djigo stops without any reason and I must run it again during the flight.
Thanks once again for solving one problem with upgrading firmware  but think please about the nexts generates in process.

Maciek, thanks for your suggestion, not all Mavic users encounter the this problem, so we didn't push this version to all users, but I will forward your suggestion to our engineers.
DJI Go 4 can be reinstalled to have a try, our engineers are working on improve the APP, sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

For some reason, whenever I try to upgrade my Mavic, it stops and fails while upgrading the file to the drone at 20%.

The reason I'm trying to do this is that whenever I'm flying and try to switch from photo to video it just doesn't do anything and it doesn't load the photos whenever I try to load them.

Hi DJI,

I've managed to upgrade my firmware on my Mavic Pro 0900 as well as on my RC. After that the RC won't connect to the AC, no matter whether I try to bind in the DJI GO 4 app or manually using the C1 + C2 + Camera + Shutter methods.

When I was on the 0400 firmware, the AC and RC would pair automatically, not even needing to do the binding process.

Can you advise?

p.s. I notice that the light at the bottom of the pairing button of the Mavic is yellow/green in color when I push the pairing button, unlike the instruction videos where the light is red in color.
