Need Help !!

As I told yesterday I can't upgrade the aircraft from 400 to 900 (stops at 76%) but as the RC is now upgraded I have a compatibility warning and can't fly !

Copy that, Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one, it will be working.

Just to share the experience.

I was stuck with RC at 900 and AC at 400. Tens on try failed to upgrade to 800, 811 or 900. I tried all, with the mac assistant 2, with the phone and DJI Go, with the RC, without...

Finally what worked is to download first to 350 (DJI Diana made it available in my account) and then upgrade to 800, and after that to 900. The AC was plugged on the computer with DJI usb cable, the RC was turned on and I started to record before the two upgrades as recommended by the moderators.

I messaged the admins here but wanted to post in this thread as well. My RC is at .1000 but my Mavic is only at .0800 and refuses to update beyond that. I'm now getting the "Cannot take off" error so am stuck.

I spent a few hours chatting with online support this morning and all they managed to do was get my RC into that state. I pointed directly at this forum thread asking for the rollback firmware, which they said doesn't exist, then after two hours they said they had routed me to an engineer to get the rollback firmware. So needless to say, pretty frustrating.

Can I please get this rollback firmware made available in my account so I can get things working again?

Yes I have. I have gotten both the 0x020102 and 0x020103 errors. My remote updated fine from .0900 to .1000 but I can't get the AC to update at all beyond .0800. Previously it wasn't an issue but now that I have the RC on .1000 and I can't update the AC, I only see the "Cannot take off" error so I'm grounded

Can I please get that downgrade firmware so I can try the method the others have used in this thread?

Hello, my mavic pro, this stuck at 1.03.400, and my RC was updated to 1.03.1000, and now it does not fly. I tried to fill in the dji assistant, and dji go, always giving error.

Hi guys,

This is how I solved after trying for months...

1. Use DJI Assistant 2 for PC
2. Format on board SD card on PC
3. Power on Mavic Pro and Remote Controller and connect both (but without phone connected)
4. Connect USB to Remote Controller (not Mavic Pro)
5. Update to 01.03.1000

That's great, please keep us updated if you have any further problem.

This has been frustrating.  I've been trying to update for 3 days.  DJI support has not been helpful.  I'm hoping an admin can help via this forum.
The remote is on firmware version V01.03.1000
The AC is on firmware version V01.03.400 and will not upgrade via the go4 app or DJI Assistant 2.
Can someone please help?

I finally got it updated!

I formated the SD Card in the drone threw the RC. Connected the RC to the AC using the supplied USB cable (Don't know if that mattered) and hooked my phone up to the RC. I then updated my drone using the DJI Go4 app over LTE not WiFi. I may have deleted and reinstalled the DJI Go 4 app before doing all of this.

Don't give up, I've been trying to update this firmware for six days with over 30 attempts. Went from V01.03.0400 straight to V01.03.1000
