Sorry, this firmware can't solve the RC firmware issues, could you please reinstall the DJI Assistant 2, then try it upgrade it again. If it is the same, please provide me more details.

Please help, I too am experiencing issues upgrading the firmware from version .400. I have tried everything from attempting to download via a mac pro, windows 7, windows 10 and my dji go 4 app/ios...still failing to update. I am able to upgrade the RC fine...just a problem with the AC. Please could you add the firmware .350 to my account mavic_pro@gmx.com i would like to try this fix. Thanks

Got it, reconfigured your DJI account, please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one, it will be working.

Hi DJIMindy...the only available firmware was .350 and .813...i tried to update .350 several times but still issues persist. After several attempts to update using .813 it managed to update succesfully. I then tried using the fix you mentioned by updating firmware .1000 and hitting the record button no joy, the same issues with .0000 please help. This is a new drone and has only been activated within the last day.

Hello, I updated DJI Assistant 2, tried again and nothing happened. I also tried to reset to default settings through DJ Assitant 2, and it also failed.

Besides I cannot link RC controller to the mavic pro. I when I press C1 + C2 + Cammera Button/Record Button - nothing happens, no any sound...

The micro SD Card was the issue for me! I was using a 128GB SD card (the one inside my Mavic) and with it having repeated firmware update failures. I figured the capacity and potentially corrupt blocks/sectors could have role to play with the failures. So what I did was re-format (FAT32) a new 4GB micro SD card and try the updates with that... Problem solved! Updates applied and all is good!!!

So if any of you are having issues and you're using a large capacity card try a smaller one.

We do understand your feelings and are working on this case.
To get it resolved, please provide me your DJI account (e-mail address), we'll ask the engineers to reconfigure it for you.
Then you can upgrade it through Assistant 2 directly, the upgrading method is the same as before.

The RC states that there is no firmware installed V0.0.00.0.0..... whatever.... Will not accept any new updates (all fail) and will not restore to factory default. The controller states "connecting" and will not update/connect at all. I've tried to bind it manually and also failed.

after a firmware upgrade I got the error: aircraft encoder (0x800000).  After that I was trying to do the upgrade again in the djiassistant software but with no success. a downgrade to v01.03.0000 fails with the error 0x020104,  too. Could you help me please?
