I have a Mavic Pro with Version 01.03.0550 that will NOT update to any version. I don't see this Version 01.03.0350 mentioned in Post 40 in my Assistant 2 Firmware list, so I can't try to update to it. I have Uploaded Many Logs after Update Failed. Can you please make this Beta Version 01.03.0350 available in my Assistant 2 so I can fix this issue, PLEASE?!! My email is wanb1i@live.com.
Received the 01.03.0350 firmware, thanks, but it fails everytime at 15% (see Pic)

Hi there, with the error code 0x032800, you may try to restart the drone and DJI Assistant 2 and update the firmware again. If the issue persists, you may need to send the drone back for further diagnosis.

Thanks for the reply. I spent the entire day yesterday trying to get this drone to update. I'm over it!
It is now in auction on eBay!

hi wanda v01.04.0500 and now i cannot connect to pc stuck at loop connect and disconnectthe message was failure to update then i try to update from the app but there was no video feed and same thing failuer to update

hi wanda here the update as soon as i turn it off,now i cannot connect to the RC any more just 2red light at front and flashing yellow at the back the RC show connecting but never really connect

any one can help plz i cannot use the drone any more it stuck at 56% when update

anybody can help

i have been trying over and over but all end at the same 56% then it stop

Hi there, may I confirm that do you mean you cannot control the gimbal via the remote controller? If so, you may need to send it back for diagnosis and repair. https://repair.dji.com/repair/index?site=brandsite&from=nav

Copy that, Please refer to  the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11.

Hi there, Hubertus. Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you already tried these notes:

• Before updating, ensure that the battery level of the device (remote controller or aircraft) is above 50%.

• While updating, do not power off the aircraft or disconnect the USB cable. Otherwise, the update may fail.

• While updating, the device may automatically reboot several times. When rebooting, it is normal for the remote controller to disconnect from the aircraft automatically. Do nothing before the update is completed to avoid affecting the normal updating process.

We recommend using the app for updating. If the update fails, please refer to the method below and try again:

1. Power off and reboot the remote controller and aircraft. Try updating again.

2. If possible, use another mobile device and try again. For example, switch an iOS device to an Android device.

3. If the update using the app still fails, we recommend using DJI Assistant 2 for updating if you have a computer on hand.

I hope it helps. If these have already been tried, don't hesitate to reach back so we can assist you further. Have a great day ahead.

the last two tries. we sent the mavic back to the seller for changing the drone.
i could also send you more logs from assistant 2 on macos, but i have to know where the files are saved?

I have same problem, black screen in my mobile  when i connected to teh RC and DJI mavic pro, and i tried several times to downgrade or refresh the curent version but won't completed, i contacted local technician he told me the camera signal cable most probably damaged, my dron tumbled from 120m hight after battery suden dead.

Hi DJI, I also ave the same problem , I am on firmware version 01.03:0200 and cannot upgrade firmware, with full batteries, and with DJI asssitant 2 at  windows PC with usb cable  and DJI Go4 at ipad mini . My gimbal has also stopped working and i get error reading sd card. No crashes. While trying to upgrade firmware  the process stops at 56 % and I got error 0x02803 .
