What error code you've got on the DJI Assistant 2? Could you please post a screenshot?

The faultcode is 0x020106

I have tried i alot of times, the drone set back to factory settings and used the go4 app as well.

I red here, there is a Beta of the Assistant 2 app, which solves the problem.

Though I have reported this to DJI already, and have already opened a damage report, I would like to solve this issue, I am not alone with, online.

Sadly I can not make a prt screen..

Hello Susan, I have managed to do the update. It was through the app.. I did as you said, pushed the Record button as I started the update.

Hi there.

Am trying to update to 1.03.1000 and am getting the error message 0x020106.  Have tries 3-5 times, formatted SD card, and also pressed record as discussed in this thread.  

Now I am getting no error message but it is failing right after downloading.

You must make sure the aircraft is recording, we can only suggest to keep trying, if it still fails, the drone will need to be sent in for evaluation and repair.

It looks like that my drone is never flying again. Is it possible to get old firmware, and to downgrade both AC and RC to the same version so that it is possible to fly again.

It is not able to rollback the firmware of the drone and RC, I would recommend you try it again since this error can be resolved via this upgrade. Here are the steps again. If it is the same, please send the drone to DJI for diagnosis. 1. Log into your DJI account.
2.Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one, it will be working.

Hello, its Tuesday now and I still not received any older version of firmware available in my account ??

My current version: 01.03.0700

Available version to update:
01.04.0000
01.03.1000

Both of these versions are not able to update. (tried on DJI assistant and DJI GO 4 app from Iphone)
Updating stops on 44-47% and Fails after some time...
I can't take off with my drone.

Somehow i can downgrade fine to previous version , but current version always breaks at 32% with one of my batteries. Any ideas whats up with that ?

Hi, I have updated my mavic to Beta software - 01.03.0813
Update was completed. But I start my mavic and it shows the same problem: CANNOT TAKE OFF.
Overall status: Version Mismatch. Update all modules.

After that I start video recording without take off as you recommend here and after that I have tried to update to latest Firmware version and it again stoped on 44-47%. Updates comes until 47% and goes down to 44% and again and again ...

What I should do?

At the moment my drone current firmware is 01.03.0813
RC Firmware is latest (01.04.0000) (there are two more versions available for RC, but its not possible to downgrade, already tried, both other versions update Fails..)

Yes I'm doing this procedure for a last two weeks, but it looks like that in my case it is not working. AC was updated to 1.3.8.13, but step nr.3 is not working for me when I try over and over again.

Just to verify, you mean that one of the batteries is stuck at 32% when firmware refreshing, right? If yes, had you tried to shut the drone down and refresh the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 again? You can try. Or please provide us with more details about your situation, any screenshots or pictures are highly appreciated.

Please try to refresh the beta via DJI Assistant 2 again. Once you finish the update, please don't unplug the drone, just follow the instruction that Diana mentioned at 610# to update the drone to the latest firmware. It will help.

I don't think the account reconfiguration was successful. I logged out of my DJI account and logged back in on Assistant 2, and I still only have V01.04 and V01.03.1 as options. I also tried re-installing Assistant 2 and do not see the beta firmwares you mentioned above. Here is a screenshot I just took now. Thank you for your quick response!
