Hi Francesco, what's the error code when you upgrade the firmware? For 0x020106/0x020103, we can help you get the beta and try again. If it is 0x032800, I'm sorry that you may consider to send it in for a fully diagnosis and repair.

Hi Susan, the error code is 0x020106.
You have already added beta firmware to my DJI Account but even in this case the operation fails.

Got Error 201 when trying to upgrade from DJI App on my android. Then I downloaded DJI Assistant 2. Tried to refresh FW 1.04.0100. Its already on the Mavic Pro.  I only got 1.4.0000 on the remote controller. But I cannot refresh to same version, and I cannot upgrade to 1.0004.0100. always failed. I cannot display any error messages from Dji Assistant 2 because it tells my I have to enable JavaScript. I also cannot downgrade to 1.03.1000.

I have absolutely no idea what I can do now. Could you please help me?

Hi,

Got the same problem here, my RC stuck on v01.03.0700 the plain upgraded to v01.04.0100, but the RC always saying upgrade failed, could you please active the beta firmware to pampi AT pampi.net account ?

How come this is happing? Did you found out what is causing these errors all these customers get. Is it an change in hardware?

Susan, that was very fast. Sorry for the delay. Did not expect anything yesterday due to xmas days. Your respond is much appreciated.

I attached DJI Assistant 2 update log. Just 5 minutes before reading your post, I deleted DJI App on my Android because I thought it would be good give it a try for a reinstall. Will try an upgrade by phone app right now and post it

I sunk my previous drone in a river in Thailand after contacting some tree limbs, bought a new one in Surat Thani, Thailand, and was unable to fly more than once, with the aircraft being locked. It's certainly suggested by myself and others in the community to remove these flight locks as these are now our products that we have purchased. DJI should not be able to render the craft unusable remotely with such means.
In any case, I've tried all updating methods, unsuccessfully.
I'd appreciate opening the beta to my account at torchnhammer87 at gmail dot com so I may try to get my craft back in the air.

Thanks for the patience, please update according to the steps below:
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one.

Just thought I'd add to this. Now DJI Assistant does not show the firmware list.

If I go to the app, it says updating... Looks like the craft is stuck on the update mode.

I go the firmware to show up again. Now when I try to upgrade to beta fw, I get a different error. 0x032d00

I really need my drone for an overseas trip next week and I'm trying to avoid sending it in. Please see if you can assist.

Lalin, I understand your concern, but I'm afraid that the issue can not be figured out remotely. There is one DJI Official Service Center in Australia, I sincerely suggest to send it in asap: https://www.dji.com/support The local team will take care of this.

I'm having trouble updating to version 01.04.0200, the update for DJI Assistent 2 also fails for DJI GO 4. The control was update but Drone was in the previous version and I can not downgrade two versions to leave the control in the same version of Mavic.

I am not able to send my MAVIC to DJI, I live in Brazil, and would like to help me by providing some update in my account to solve the problem.

Leonardo, the beta we mentioned here only fix the error code of 0x020106/0x020103, but it seems that you have a totally different one. Could you export the upgrade log for further analysis? We'd like to see whether we can help.
