It is unfortunate a big and respected company like DJI that can not solve a problem of updating in equipment of its clients ... My Mavic PRO has not been using for 3 months already ... on contacting they speak to send the MAVIC to repair (I can not send my Mavic to another country), I do not believe that it is a problem in mavic, but some incompatibility of these updates with the version of some Mavic. DJI can solve this problem only by releasing some update on your customers account! The problem is they do not make a point and have no respect for their customers!

In my case I needed to collect money for many months to acquire equipment that can not be updated now! Total disappointment with DJI!

Leonardo, I feel sorry for the difficulties. I had reviewed your previous comment, the error on your update is not the same as the error on this thread, the beta firmware is not able to solve your issue. For your case, we suggest that you send the drone in for repair. If you are not able to send the drone to North America, I suggest that you and try to check and repair the drone in the nearest recommended repair center. I had same problem when upgrading V01.04.0300, I'm using both  DJI Assistant 2 and DJI GO 4 , both of them are fail.  DJI Assistant 2 fail at 40% ( error code unidentified 0x020104 ) ,  DJI GO 4 fail at 92%.
Up to now ( after upgrade new FW) , my Mavic pro have problem : " Air Encoder Error 0x80000" + " Gimbal disconnected" . I cannot control camera via TX but i see the gimbal till working.

The beta has been forwarded, please update according to the steps below:
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10 or V1.3.8.11. or V1.3.8.13
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one.

Hello Support Team,

I am another person who is having the same issues updating firmware. I am getting error 0x020106, similar to others in this thread.

I received drone this week and after unboxing and setting it up, it prompted to install new firmware. After failing I was left with the remote being updated but the UAV not. The versions are as follows, RC-01.04.0200 && UAV-01.03.0300.

Attached is a picture of where it fails. I contaced support, ticket # 1055797 and my email is DJI login email is smorell@gmail.com. I am hoping by posting here I can expedite the time to resolution as I would like to use this device this weekend.

DJI received my drone in the today morning and i got the repair price too.



I have some issue here:

1/ When I brought my drone to Flycampro the first time, the technical staff replace my drone gimbal camera with another Mavic to test.
The replacement gimbal camera was not woking with my drone and my drone gimbal camera was working fine with another Mavic ?
They change all the gimbal camera with Gimbal Arm Module and IT WAS NOT WORKING .... so now DJI just only want to replace Gimbal Arm Module !!!??
I'm not sure problem come form Gimbal Arm Module or not.

2/  In remark "  Cracked bracket and broken lower shell " : My drone has never dropped before so why the lower shell can be broken ? I took this picture before packing. the lower shell is nomal.

Hello, after the last upgrade my mavic has no sensor working, in the app it doesnt show it as an error. i do have the obstacle avoidance activated and the warning when something is in front, but the sensors just dont work.in flight i stand up and put my hands infront of the sensors and it doesnt show me the warnings. i cant use any mode except from manual and i also have to land it manually.  before the update they were working fine, so i tried to downgrade, but i cant. i have the same problem  again and again it stucks when the app tries to upgrade the aircraft. it resets and then it says upgrade failed. i already tried to  do it from the dji go 4 app and dji assistant 2. i hope to hear a solution soon. i am form Argentina.

Agustin, is the firmware successful? What's the current aircraft and controller version? Please try to refresh the aircraft and enable the sensors to check again. If still not, please kindly offer the screenshots and issue videos for better assistance, thanks in advance!
