You have uploaded the wrong Beta (V01.04.0241) to my new account again and not the Beta V01.3.8.11 or V1.3.8.10. It dosn't work so. Please upload the right Beta.

Sorry for the late response, this error code has nothing to do with the beta. Did you get the same result when updating via the DJI Go 4 APP? What is your DJI Assistant 2 version? Did you try to re-install it to try again?

The gimbal was stop working during play in DJI Flight Simulator.
FW 01.04.0300, DJ GO4.0 ver. 4.2.16 - iPad mini 4), suddenly I got information "No Image Transmission Signal", in menu "Gimbal Disconnected" and in overall status "Air Encoder Error (0x800000)".
Now Mavic Pro didn't see any SD card.
I tried to update Mavic Pro firmware, but update fails and Mavic is rebooting on 40% - "error: undefined 0x020104" (tried it several times)
Maybe you providing me beta firmware to help solve my problem :-)

Before gimbal stoped working, I was calibrating them, calibraiting vision sensors and everyfing was OK and over all Mavic wasn't that day even flying.

p.s.
I was updating through DJI Assistant 2 v1.2.4 on Windows 7 64bit.

Alien, if your current version is v01.04.0300, the beta might not help you. We had forwarded the beta to your account, you can try the beta.
Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 again.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version.
But if it doesn't help, may we know if the drone crashed or has damages before? We suggest sending it in for service if the issues persist. Please contact our support on the following page to start a case: http://www.dji.com/support

Hi, thank You for a beta firmware, but it didn't help in my case.

My problem was a slightly damaged wire from camera signal on Mavic gimbal (looking like bunch of hair) After replacing damaged wire everything back to normal.

My dron was after crash couple weeks ago. On the beginning I only replaced one rear arm with motor, and everythin was OK, and one week leater a new problem appeared "No Image Transmission Signal", the system did not see the sd card, and the drone was rebooting during firmware update always on 40% of progress, whole my problem solved replacing damaged wire from camera.

This error cannot be sorted out via the beta, please reboot the drone and update via the DJI Assistant 2 for a few more times, if the error persists, the drone will need to be sent in for evaluation and repair service. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

My last drone flew away and was never found because of a firmware issue. I had to buy a brand new drone and now it doesnt work. I tried updating controller first, both together, through mobile, PC, restarting mid-upgrade, all other firmware downloads available. Nothing works. Please help me

Just to verify, could the drone connect with DJI Assistant 2 properly? If yes, I'd advise refreshing the aircraft firmware to see whether it helps. Basically, the beta is not helpful in your situation, sorry about this.

Earlier i got very short time to spare so i tried the update beta you suggest. Now i get error 0x032800 and stuck at 15%, however i only tried twice, will try again later when i am free

Yesterday I received my brand new Mavic Pro Platinum, firmware version of the RC and Aircraft were 01.04.0000. Firmware upgrade of the RC to 01.04.0300 worked fine, but updating te aircraft fails time after time. I've tried updating with DJI4Go as well as the Assistant. I'm unable to downgrade the RC to 01.04.0000 to match it with the firmware of the aircraft, so I'm stuck with a remote controller that cannot control the aircraft.

Please help! Oh and please don't tell me I have to send it in for repair! It's a brand new aircraft and hasn't flown at all!

Oh, the error number I get is 0x02c309.
