Earlier i got very short time to spare so i tried the update beta you suggest. Now i get error 0x032800 and stuck at 15%, however i only tried twice, will try again later when i am free

Oh, the error number I get is 0x02c309.

We're sorry to hear this issue. Could you refer below and export the upgrade log for analysis? We'd like to check the exact status.

And doesn't allow me to see when the phone is connected to the DJI GO4 app. It says latest firmware ABNORMAL. Aircraft encoder error 0x4800000. And it says NO SIGNAL in the main screen. Tried reinstalling DJI GO4 and tried with DJI ASSISTANT 2. Still it does not work.
How can I overcome this?

Hi, I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are experiencing. Just to clarify, did your drone crash before or not? Could you please reinstall the DJI assistant 2 (download it from the DJI official website: https://www.dji.com/mavic-pro-platinum/info#downloads) and try the update again? If still no good luck, you are recommended to show us a screenshot of the error page, we'll forward it to our engineers for a check. Thank you in advance!

Its still the same.. Tried every possible way upgrading, downgrading , reinstalling DJI ASSISTANT 2 etc. Doesnt work... HELP?

Hi. I have exactly the same problem. But my error is 0x8000000 Aircraft Encoder Error. Mavic works perfectly but does not retransmit the image. When I try to update I get the error UNIDENTIFIED 0x020104, always at 40%. Please help!

I tried to update the earliest beta, but it came back with the same error code. I also tried the latest one and also to downgrade, but nothing helped out. I am using the DJI Assistant 2 and a USB cable to upgrade the Mavic Pro.

Is there anything I can try to make it work?

Thank you for the support, I will try couple more times that one beta firmware. Here are stories, that some are managed to get it updated after a few tries.

Alright, please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 to have a try.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version.

Sir, may I know what's the current aircraft firmware and what error code do you get? The beta firmware only fix the error code of 0x020106 and 0x020103 before V01.04.0000, please kindly note and understand.

Like Susan mentioned, the beta firmware only fixes the error code of 0x020106 and 0x020103 before V01.04.0000, do you have the same error during updating?

I've just posted an issue, however it looks like the Beta FW may be the fix I need, can someone please PM or share the link, i'm getting error code 0x020106 when trying to upgrade from a v01.03.x firmware to any of the V01.04.x firmwares ..

After several attempts to update, with failures, I managed to update the Mavic PRO to the last version, however, new proplems appeared:

1- The sensors are not working, however in the DJI GO4 informs that they are perfect. Neither does the obstacle detection chart appear ahead, even if it is enabled in the control.
2 - I can not record videos on SD card or change camera settings for video options. It is always in the option of photography and only allows me to take photos.
3 - The radio control stopped emitting any type of sound. Neither power on / off, nor low battery warning of the control or inactivity alert.

How do I solve these problems?

Leonardo, sorry to read on the continuous problem, are you sure the firmware has been updated successfully? Have you tried to refresh the firmware to see if the issue persists?

Yes, when connecting mavic pro to DJI Assistant 2 it appears updated in the latest version. The Mavic and the transmitter are also in the latest version.

After a horrific crash where Mav  went crazy then crashed into power line,
I was able to re-insert the rear leg into the body then Mad flew but compass would not calibrate. Tried to update but got error code 0x640d0103.
Flew the Mav short test flight without update.
Seemed ok but red banner warning of update still on screen.

Yes. All these details have already been checked. The issue of sensors, the radio update again, but nothing solves.
The SD card is the original that came with the drone, but I already tested it with other cards as well and the problem continues. I can not even change photo settings for video setup.

Is there a way to restore this Mavic to factory settings?

I have already been in trouble for 6 months with this Mavic, I am completely displeased with this expensive product that I bought and DJI can not or will not help me solve the problem.
