After updating to the latest firmware I had the same issue. Really very annoying that I can't use the drone anymore. I tried all the steps mentioned here without success. what else can i do?[view_image]
In the log file in my Library/Application Support/DJI Assistant 2/log folder I see something, that may be connected to the upgrade error 0x020104.

I think that the controller electronics are broken. I have swapped the whole gimbal and camera module with a known good working one, and with it I also cannot use the camera features of th drone, and cannot upgrade firmware. However when I replaced the core board, it started working. So I assume that the problem lies in the core board, and probably in the DM3XX controller. I am trying to figure out how to solve this case on which DJI cannot provide usable information just the "send it in for evaluation" canned response. |
