Hi,

I have all the same problems and the same errors ;
when upgrading V01.04.0300, it is  failing  at 40% ( error code unidentified 0x020104 ).
Up to now ( after upgrade new FW) , my Mavic pro have problem : " Air Encoder Error 0x80000" + " Gimbal disconnected" . I cannot control camera via TX but i see the gimbal till working.

I have noticed that the DJI is sending the beta version to solve the problems. The same errors with the forum member fans3d826e1a. DJI Elektra sent beta to this member and the user says everything is ok now.
Could you please help me for that?

Yes, I had forwarded the beta, now you can upgrade version 1.3.8.10. Please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V1.3.8.10.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest one. See if it works.

hi, I just bought a mavic pro, and am having trouble upgrading to the latest firmware (1.4.0300). Only I can not update Mavic? To date it is in version 01.04.0100 and does not update. It's going to become scrap metal.

Leonardo, if you're in v01.04.0100 now, the beta firmware might not help to solve the issue. If you insist, you can try to upgrade the beta since I had forwarded to your account. Make sure that you follow the steps on 846#.
If it doesn't help, I suggest providing the upgrade log I mentioned on 854# or send the drone in for diagnose.

Hi Administrators,

At least this is my 10th post to this topic. I really need a solution. Thor said he would send me v01.03.8.10 beta version to solve the problem. But when i logged in to dji assistant 2, i saw v01.04.241 beta version to downgrade. I tried and it failed again.

The problem has begun when i updated the AC. You said if the beta programs not help, i have to send for repair. I am living in Turkey and bought it from the Apple Store San Fransico last year. I think reseller in Turkey will not help under guarantee.

This problem is not the users accidental situation. And i really need help to repair it.

I am writing here about 10 days and no solution.

I will go to Los Angeles at 19th of May but i stay there only 3-4 days. How can i get repaired in Los Angeles? or is it possible to change with the new one in LA Apple Store like iphones?

And could you please send me v01.03.8.10 beta program?

I really need to hear something from you, because i will go to holyday and need to take some videos.

I will check the beta again when i go back to home from work. But maybe some more details about my problem might help you to figure out the problem;

You now the gimbal status is disconnected after upgrade to v01.04.0300. And i see in dji go app "there is no sd card" error. I bought a new one (kingston 16 GB class 10) and no luck again. I formated both of them with pc and nothing again.

I think the AC doesn't know there is a sd card inside. Maybe the gimbal problem occures because of the sd card issue.
