Dear support i have the same problem.
Before update everything works perfect! After update to 1.04.300 my mavic is total scrap. I cant update/downgrade to any software and VPS dont work. I repeat. Everything was perfect before i made uprading. Could you give me beta software to try repair this? Please help me. My DJI account.---   chinczus20@gmail.com

Hey! Am I able to get the beta link to my DJI Assist account too please? I have the same issue, Mavic Pro upgraded to V01.03.300 then the gimbal doesn't work any more and V01.03.400 update fails at 40% every time. Thanks!

I am having the same sort of problem updating my firmware.  it continues to fail over and over.  I have tried 1.04.0100, .0200 and .0300, with assistant 2, with the remote and iPhone.  I am using a Mac, I have used assistant 1.2.4, 1.2.3.  nothing works.  my gimbal no longer works, I have no video and my drone now struggles to fly, it will not take off properly, when it lands it drops at full speed no slowing to make a safe landing.  can you please help with the beta firmware so I can hopefully get up and flying again

This error code cannot be fixed via the beta firmware, may I know if the gimbal pitch can be controlled by the RC?

This could be the issue of the cable or the gimbal control board, the drone will need to be sent in for further evaluation and repair service. Please start a ticket in our online website and sent in at your most convenience.

this update did not work, it was stuck on 44% also. I took my SD card out and updated to 1.03.400 with no problems. I formatted the SD card and the drone works perfectly. I suggest everyone else who is having issues also tries this. Thanks! :-)

I take the procedure like your instruction but it seems that this not help.

In my account I will see now the firmware Beta V01.04.241.  If I start the downgrade follows appears:

1. Downloading o.k. (100%)
2. Transmitting o.k. (100%)
3. during updating at 44% the device (Drone) going to restart from itselfs
4. Result is an undefined Error 0x020104
