After many tries I am still getting error code 0x020106 for my DJI Mavic Pro. Could you please add me to the beta list for the firmware?  is my account. Mavic Pro Firmware: 01.03.0400

The beta has been added, please refer to the steps below to upgrade it via the DJI Assistant 2 to have a try.
1. Log into your DJI account.
2. Upgrade the firmware V 01.03.0813.
3. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to the latest version.

Yes. All these details have already been checked. The issue of sensors, the radio update again, but nothing solves.
The SD card is the original that came with the drone, but I already tested it with other cards as well and the problem continues. I can not even change photo settings for video setup.

Mavic Pro can be restored to the factory default via the DJI Assistant 2.

Hello,

I have some problem on my DJI Mavic, AC cannot connect to RC (Wifi SSID from AC not detected). Also when I try to update the firmware, its always failed, my current firmware detected v00.00.00.

Then I try to check the log and I don't know what these logs mean:
Lb_mcu_sky       (9 :5) device no reply, request timeout!
Mvo                   (17:5) device no reply, request timeout!
Lb_dm3xx_sky   (8 :2) device no reply, request timeout!
Lb_dm3xx_sky   (8 :5) device no reply, request timeout!
Lb_mcu_sky      (9 :7) device no reply, request timeout!
Svo                   (18:0) device no reply, request timeout!

What part that have an error? Please help me...Note: file log attached.

Yes, I try to update via DJI Assistant 2... The error code doesn't display. Only "Update Failed" appear and "Note: Restart the DJI device before updating the firmware." that displayed.

Hi Unzig, sorry for the late response, I'll follow up your case as Mindy is not online for now. May I know what the drone has been experienced before the firmware update failure? I'm afraid that the issue cannot be figured out remotely, you may write an email to support@dji.com for start a case and send the unit in for diagnosis.

Hey Deathstar101, thanks for reaching us. I'm afraid that the beta is not helpful in your situation as it only fixed the error code of 0x020103/0x020106 before 01.04.0000. For 0x02a303, please try to restart and update via DJI Assistant 2 to see whether it helps. No error. It just hangs at 96%. The last log lines are:

It looks that I finally fixed it. After 2 days of frustrating failed firmware updates, my last solution was to root the drone and forcefully revert to 1.04.0300.
Many thanks to CunningLogic for writing ubbersploit which allowed me to dig myself out of the trouble.

Hi angelina77, so the drone is now working properly with firmware v01.04.0300, right? Thanks for getting back. How about the flysafe database you mentioned above? Did it also resolve? Please try to restart the app or change the network to update again.

Been having very similar issues, unable to update AC to V01.04.0500 also unable to update RC to anything above .0300. This has been happening for a couple of months on Assistant 2 and Go App, both been reinstalled etc. Any suggestions to sort this and get flying again ASAP?

Hi Susan,

Yes the RC says undefined 0242 when it fails. Managed to update the AC to the .0500 so it's an issue with the RC that isn't updating. I've tried to refresh but still no luck!

Hi Clyde57, sorry for the troubles on updating the firmware, please uninstall the antivirus software temporarily and install the DJI Assistant 2 to update the firmware, or please try other network or mobile device to update.

Hi, I've already tested all these options. I updated the drone with and without SD card. I tried to downgrade it. All without success.

I attempted to update drone Mavic Pro via RC but the update failed into an error. I tried it once again next day which ended with a failure again but this time the drone also got disconnected from the RC and I can't get it connected since then. So I connected the drone with my PC and I reset the software to its factory version but this did not work out either as it stopped at 24%. I waited for 30 minutes or so but nothing changed. So I decided to change battery but since then I can't connect it to PC or RC either. It looks connected to PC for an instant moment but disconnects right away. I used 3 different cables, also 3 different PCs, also different systems (Mac, Windows) with the same result. Any suggestions how to make it work again will be more than welcome. Thank you

RC version is 500, aircraft's version is 300 and I tried to update it to 500 also which is when the things went wrong. I am using DJI version 1.2.4

Please long press the three horizontal lines on the top right corner for about 8 seconds, then select V01.04.0300 to downgrade the firmware of RC then link RC and aircraft, when they link successfully, please try to update the firmware via the DJI Go 4 APP again, if the update fails, please send in the drone for further evaluation, thank you.

Hello Guys,

i have the same problem...upgrade to V01.04.0500 doesnt work on DJI App, so i connect my Mavic Pro to the PC with Software Assistant 2...same...the upgrade fails at about 24%...seems to be the same (trying 5 times) after the drone reboot...

First i removed the SD CArd but didnt solve anything.

My cable USB is a new one, no a big one, 1.2 meter long but it is connected on a USB 2.0 switch, so i decided to try to connect the cable directly on a USB 1.0 port of my PC and !!!!

it works!!

No problem after the first reboot at about 24% of the upgrading process...
