Hi All,
In an earlier post Natalia helped me out and escalated a case for me
It was a minor thing (broken gimbal cover).
Natalia escalated the case and the next day i received an email from support (Stefan) saying:
"It seems there has been some miscommunication internally.
We are happy this is resolved now at least so we can get back to actually getting you your part.
I have instructed the work floor to send you the Gimbal Cover."
The next day i got an email from UPS telling me i would receive a package from DJI.
Today i got the package, containing,....nothing
Well actually it did contain something,..bubble paper and the safety guidelines for an intelligent flight battery for a phantom 4.
***UPDATE****
The post is being adjusted by me cause it contains an error.
Was asked to double check the package.
I did, and well instead of an gimbal cover there was a gimbal lock wrapped in the bubble plastic.
So DJI did send me an item, only it was the wrong item.
I always say there were people work, people make mistakes.
I have all confidence they will sort it out.
