Hi guys. I was shown this app the other day by a friend and never thought of running any kind of 3rd party app to control/fly the drone. Has anyone used it? Any comments on the $45 app over what DJI gives us ? Cheers

Yeah sorry, was talking about Auto Pilot but was also told Litchi is a better way to go as its more simplified than AP.

I have both Autopilot and Litchi. Litchi is much easier to use, but both are very good apps. Also Litchi is easier to salvage when something goes wrong during a flight, but Autopilot has more features. Both are $20+ to download, however if you are willing to spend the money on purchasing a drone, $20+ for one of these app is not that big of a deal to get all the cool features these two apps offer. Go to YouTube and watch some of the tutorial videos and you will be amazed at what you can do with these apps.
Edited to add - I use an iPad mini so I can't speak to how these work on Android devices.
