I had an accident with my Mavic Pro. The operator took 3 days to reply to my email (which is annoying as I am going to travel in 2 weeks time). How long does it take DJI Refresh to replace/repair Mavic Pro from Australia? We also don't seem to have a service centre or contact number here. Drone crashed into the ocean and I am worried about corrosion from salty water. I am not sure if DJI Refresh in Australia is as good as the one in the US or Europe. Any Australian experience here?
