DJI Go 4 4.0.8 on IOS 10.3.1
I tried to sync and get failure.  Cleared cache.  Now have no flights and can't get the previous ones back. Any way to get them back off the cloud?

I have the same problem on the same version since yesterday on iPad mini 2.synced records of 3 May no problem. Sync always fails at 87%.

It could be something with the server.
Try again later today, I've reported it.

Hi Ken, mine still fails at 87% every time, any suggestion? If I reinstall the app I'd lose those flights that are not sync to the cloud yet, right?

Same here but only gets to 80%.

Ken, re-installing will trash your logs.  However, you should be able to save them off to your computer via the Assistant app.  However, I think you have to manually click to select each flight.  I would imagine the same restoring.

Lets see what DJI comes up with.  Makes me uncomfortable that I can't sync. I can see the files in the GO4 app, just can't sync.

Btw I'm on the latest IOS: 10.3.1  DJI Go4 4.08.  Drone FW on latest

Fails about the 87% mark for me to. I thought it was because of crystalsky but looks like go4
