Case status note says "It will take 1-2 working days to conduct damage assessment. Please wait patiently."  That status was posted on 4/25.  Today is 5/8. What's causing the delay?

It seems I am not the only one waiting for the next step in the repair progress.
The status of my case changed on 4/21 to 'received' since then no progress. On request I got the information that the damage assessment will take 6-10 working days (instead of 1-2 given in the app) and that the minimum turn arount time from receipt to return shipping after repair counts 20 working days minimum.
It is very annoying as I bought the Mavic to fly and not to wait for the repair of a damage not caused by me.
