This firmware is also an update for DJI Goggles:

Notes:

• Restart the aircraft and remote controller after upgrade is complete.

Is the NFZ Limit problem solved ?

I had the problem , could not update to .600 so left it on .550, i now tried to update from GO and it hanged at 74% and failed, trying again, I will also try from assistant....{:4_154:}

yes if the NFZ problem has been fixed then i will update from version 550

anyone who couldn't update to the 0600 version managed to update to the 0700?????

tried from assistant to go from .550 to .700, no luck, only the controller updates. assistant  tries to update the battery to .550 but hangs, the update of firmware for the drone also hangs. Bored. Bloody 1200 EUR for something of such poor quality.

I never figured out how to up-/downgrade the battery?! Can you tell me how you see the battery-firmware?
I have 3 batteries from fly more combo and usually I have only one battery connected to the Mavic while updating the firmware. Never got prompted to do an update with the other batteries.

Sadly, that would require new camera hardware.

When the Mavic's firmware updates, so does the battery in the Mavic, autiomatically.
If your battery needs updating, the Go app or Assistant are supposed to tell you, and offer to download and install the new update to your battery.

I had my very first flight with the MP... so far so good with FW .700 ;)

Ain't gonna happen, Cool. And it probably wouldn't produce good results with such a short focal length.

your battery requires to be the same firmware of the Mavic, if the PC app (assistant) shows the popup ¨some of your hardware is not compatible and requires an update ¨or something like that mean your battery needs to be updated to the firmware of the mavic. in my case my mavic is .550 i plug it, it asks to update the battery to .550, but it fails at 74% then if i try update the Mavic to .700 it fails also. a pleasure.

Can't wait to get home and try the upgrade by myself. I had such a problem while upgrading to v01.03.0600 but v01.03.0550 worked without any issues. I was able revert multiple times without any problems. So I hope v01.03.0700 will now work as good as v01.03.0550 on my drone. If not, I need to stick a few weeks longer on the older firmware or I have to send my drone to repair.

thats unacceptable, DJI have really got to do something about this!

yes pretty ridiculous seeing as this items cost loads of money. some of us need to work a month to get that sort of money. ideally we shoiuld just leave the drone to .550, but what if i want the goggles? or to try fixed wing mode? it just doesnt feel right.

Yes I had problems while updating from 550 to 600. I will try to perform an upgrade directly to 700 later today. I hope I don't run into the same issues like you

I'm still on .4 and happily flying my MP.....will park it on the fence and watch the eager beavers.

Updating now while I wait. I have android . Def takes more then 10 min but just letting it do its thing.just about done . Make sure you do it through pc through asst 2 not on cell or pad . Have full charge on remote phone and mavic and all on and connected. I'll keep you all posted. Happy safe  flying !

Just reset drone, revert to .400, format SD, start update and it failed. Still on .400

last try , update from dji go fresh install on tablet. please note, controller is on .700. if that fails ill update everything to .550 and send it back to DJI whenever Its convenient for me. very disappointed.

please tell us what to do or if you are working on this problem!
i updated my 28.march produced mavic without problems, the one produced on 23. march is not updating
i am stuck on .0550 and still cant update to .0700

PLEASE GIVE US A INFORMATION ABOUT THIS

Fail. Going back to .550, its obviously a batch of mavic drones that have different version of hardware for which our highly skilled friends and DJI did not develop a working firmware. How professional. Even Samsung does stuff better and its just stupid phones that dont fly 6km away and risk peoples lives..

Since January i am always updating directly through the app and never had a problem or a hang up. I never used the desktop app. My Mavic was produced at the beg of December.

Updated to .0700. The massive camera tilt at the startup has been fixed for me. There's still one small problem with the portrait mode though. (This problem's been there before .0700)

When I change the camera to portrait mode, despite being perfectly horizontal in landscape mode, it'll tilt about 1 degree.
After changing back to landscape mode, the tilt's still there.
Pitch the camera to look down and up, the tilt's gone.

But I don't really care about this problem since I've never used the portrait mode.
