I don't understand how you guys fly over cities(and maybe people) with such ease and prolly in EVLOS if not even BLOS...in my damn country that's strictly prohibited even for people with flying licenses for critical operations...a fly can't fly(pun intended ) over a city without the military approval(and an adequate flying license), saddening...
You litterlay go to jail for something like this.

I think the rules are pretty much the same throughout Europe.  Of course there are many who just don't care to follow them, everywhere (and I don't mean you)... I agree that Enac wording leaves much to be desired, though, and not up to *real* necessary safety instances...

Rules are drastically different troughout Europe and here in Italy there are fines up to 100.000€ for breaking the law and even incarceration...anyway offtopic now, beautifull colours, wish I could fly over my city on sunset too ;(

Thanks!  I don't use filters around sunset or sunrise since the light changes quite rapidly.
