Dear DJI,

I have purchased a P4P on March but did not activate it.

I just opened the box today (I had my exams so I couldn't do this before) and discovered a weird noise and some issue when I tilt the Gimbal to the max down and then up.

Is there a way to send it to you and get a replacement?

I am a student so you know it is very disappointing to save each penny to buy a very expensive drone as it is my hobby and not to get the best product available even though other people would get something better for also paying the same.
