I want to try to film the moonrise with limited light. What settings would be helpful or would work decently?

BTW: This is on private property with permision granted by the owner.

It depends how close to earth and how big it is.
You can start with the AUTO function and see how it looks and then you can adjust the ISO and the shutter to the highest numbers and then start working down until you see what you like.
