Hey Mindy,
I'm having the same trouble. I'm getting that same "rejected by Cybersource" message and I've tried two different cards with every conceivable iteration of my name, etc. Both are working cards in good standing, and I've used them both today successfully elsewhere.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Your payment will not be rejected from our side. If your payment cannot go through, please contact your bank for help. If they cannot identify the problem, we suggest trying another method of payment. Thanks for your understanding. |
